What are your payment terms?

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, these payment and delivery terms apply to all shipments.

  • 30% of invoice value as a deposit
  • 50% upon receipt of the copy of the B/L by the buyer
  • 20% within 5 days after the buyer picks up the cargo from the Port of Oakland, Ca.

Simply submit your drawings or samples. If you don't have drawings, you can send a sketch, and our design team will develop the necessary plans for your approval.

Once you have validated the design, we will proceed with tooling, which may incur additional fees, and then start production.

What is the lead time for custom orders?

Are there minimum order quantities for custom trims?
